Returns/Refunds

• Sales Policy: Once a purchase is made, it cannot be returned or refunded.
• Customs, Duties, and Taxes: These fees are non-refundable. If a shipment is refused due to unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
• Return**:Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. However, please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

**Returns are generally only accepted when you have received the wrong items.
